sync Returns of goods

Every customer has the right to return goods within 14 calendar days. You do not have to give any reason, just please write to us that you are withdrawing from the purchase contract without giving any reason. Return the goods to the address of our company and we will send all the money back to the account you specify.


However, the goods must be in good condition and undamaget (otherwise we would have to deduct an amount for wear and tear).


Payment for shipping to the customer will be in the returned amount. The customer pays for shipping back to us.



sync_problem Complaints

If you recieved broken or damaged good, write us and we will agree what to do next.


All you have to do is send an e-mail to the address on the e-shop, which will contain:


  • who are you (i.e. who made the purchase)
  • which purchase is involved (any identification, such as date of purchase)
  • description of the problem
  • if it helps, a photo, video from a mobile phone, etc.


It will certainly be enough for a start. Then we'll agree on the next step. After considering the situation, we may ask you to deliver the claimed goods to assess or eliminate the defect.


Either the repaired product will be returned to you, or you will receive a new product, or we can refund your money.


We will always try to come to an agreement. If this is not possible, then the statutory provisions on product defect claims apply. We hope it won't come to that.
